Who you are

6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B technology with a technical audience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent
Direct working knowledge of Google Adwords, Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Meta ad platforms
A tremendous attention to detail with a focus on driving measurable results
Demonstrated knowledge of B2B marketing in the areas of demand generation, field marketing and/or marketing operations
Proven ability to design and lead campaign strategies
Desire and ability to collaborate with diverse, global teams in a fast-paced environment
Ability to toggle between strategy and execution
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce/Hubspot
B2B software industry experience a plus
Experience managing agencies and contractors a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What the job involves

Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on paid search, display, video, and social platforms
Day-to-day management of multiple paid digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, Display, and YouTube
Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization, with an emphasis on ad copy, ad concepts, and campaign themes
Develop and drive paid media programs that create demand and accelerate sales opportunities, supporting events, SaaS lifecycle, ABM and email marketing
Troubleshoot, problem solve and find creative solutions to internal campaign needs and optimization
Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
Track and manage the leads and opportunities resulting from your campaigns
Create journeys for technical audiences and design nurture campaigns
Create and maintain meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show campaign progress and performance
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
