Role
Who you are
- You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless, and no-ego problem-solver who is excited to build the future of shopping
- 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, BizOps, or SalesOps—ideally in a fast-paced startup
- Strong business intuition and awareness of trends in SaaS and tech
- Sharp problem-solving skills; able to break down complex challenges into actionable steps
- Fast executor who moves quickly without sacrificing quality
- Proven track record of driving measurable impact
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Comfortable with data—can build dashboards, run analysis, and support decisions with numbers
- Collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable in a cross-functional environment
What the job involves
- Join our high-performing Executive Operations team to help scale our BizDev (Sales) operations from 1 → 100
- You’ll tackle high-impact problems, streamline processes, and drive growth across the org
- In your first month, you’ll partner with BizDev to improve daily execution, build scalable workflows, and use data to guide key decisions
- You’ll work cross-functionally and alongside the founders to challenge assumptions, remove bottlenecks, and unlock the next phase of growth
