What the job involves

Namastay is looking for a Business & Operations Intern to join its leadership team
We are looking for a dynamic and invested candidate to become a true driver and help us reach our full potential!
The goal of this internship is to provide functional support to our team to keep up with our rapid growth
The successful candidate 🥇 will work closely with Charles, our Chief of Staff, and Namastay’s founding team!
Operations:
Recommendation, implementation and/or purchase of any solution/process that supports our rapid growth
Work on diverse missions dependent on operational needs: performance monitoring, OKRs, benchmarking, document creation, office supplies…
Organise internal social events for our employees, in France and abroad
Handling business-critical tools: Salesforce, Aircall, Notion, etc
HR:
Co-develop our recruitment strategy with our Chief of Staff
Work on all stages of recruitment: from CV screening, pipeline filling to onboarding
Operational and administrative support to our employees
Work with the leadership team to build our culture and make Namastay a great place to work
Finance:
Supporting missions to our Series A fundraising: document creation, legal research…
Ad-hoc missions related to our budget, business plan, invoicing, etc

Our take

Booking a hotel can be a frustrating process, especially when dealing with third-party websites. Namastay solves this problem by allowing hotels to offer customers direct one-click booking options on their own sites.

Namastay's proprietary cloud technology streamlines the guest's booking journey, driving customer satisfaction and sales conversion rates. Namastay allows for payments and bookings with solutions such as Google and Apple Pay, and it integrates seamlessly with hotels' existing stacks. This has already proven to be a big draw for numerous hotels around the world.

Namastay's mission to accelerate the digitalisation of hotels around the world has already attracted considerable attention, which is testament to industry demand for this sort of technology. It has been investing funds raised in to further development that should enable it to remain competitive in the space as it evolves.
