Role
Who you are
- Must be 21+ years or older with a Valid Driver’s License
- Comfortable driving a large vehicle
- 0-1 years experience with urban mobility operations
- Interested in learning more about the future of urban mobility and urban planning
- App savvy and handy with a cell phone
- Must be able to lift a 65+ pound scooter 50+ times per shift without assistance
- Must be able to follow SOP instructions
- Must respond to management direction
- Communicate with a team proactively
- Ability to work autonomously without supervision
- Placing safety for yourself and those around you above all else

What the job involves
- Executes all daily operations activities in order to support asset deployment, asset collection
- Handles scooter charging activities and safety inspections
- Moves scooters according to direction from Operations leaders using a mobile app
- Assists with scooter repair and assembly
- Assists with operations center construction and maintenance
- Loads, unloads new shipments
- Participates in community outreach and marketing events

Superpedestrian is a company that offers Link eScooters with features that help them stand up to the perils of modern city riding, such as bumps, potholes, misuse, and vandalism. Notably, the scooters incorporate an intelligence system that can detect and protect the vehicle against common malfunctions as well as dangerous rider behavior. These features help it stand aside from major competitors in the sector such as Lime and Spin.
The e-micromobility sector as a whole has historically struggled with profitability and as a result is vulnerable to turmoil affecting investors in the tech sector. While previously large competitors such as Bird have not fared well, Superpedestrian has reorganised to cut costs and aim for profitability in the near future. With a strong demand for its product and a large presence in major urban hubs, Superpedestrian is well poised to weather the current difficulties and return to growth.
