Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience analyzing IMS (VoLTE) and 5G call logs
- 2 years of experience identifying and troubleshooting technical issues associated with the carrier certification process
- 2 years of experience managing projects
Desirable
- Master's degree in an Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working on wearable or smartphone products
- Experience working with 5G/4G/3G wireless, Modem/Telephony technologies, and understanding of 3GPP standards
- Experience in managing strategic partnerships, cross-functional projects, and technical deliveries
What the job involves
- As a Technical Program Manager within the Pixel Carrier Engineering team, you will help define Pixel products to align with our carrier customer requirements.
- You will work with the carriers, ecosystem partners (e.g., chipset, infrastructure, etc.), internal carrier account teams, and hardware and software development teams to align on chipset, product, and feature definition
- Define, align, and consolidate Pixel requirements with Hardware/Software development teams to ensure carrier certification approval
- Identify and resolve technical issues/gaps with carrier, account, and development teams during the product definition phase
- Participate in troubleshooting, lab testing, and field testing to identify and resolve technical issues during development phases
- Engage with ecosystem partners such as carrier, chipset, and infrastructure vendors
- Participate in competitive analysis to define product roadmaps
