Who you are
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree in economics, marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position focusing on content creation and copywriting
- Independent working style and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communicative and creative writing skills, fluent in English and German
- Editorial mindset focused on growth and engagement with our audience
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, as well as knowledge of B2B marketing tools
- Strong will to make a difference from day one
- Pragmatic mentality and ability to constantly challenge the status quo
What the job involves
- Reporting to and collaborating with Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns based on a pre-defined overarching marketing strategy
- Creation of content and copy to showcase Lhotse's expertise to a target audience of procurement professionals
- Administering our LinkedIn channel, blogs and newsletters and creating content for events and webinars
- Identifying the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis and optimizing them accordingly
- Measure and improve content performance and generate reports using Google Analytics , HubSpot and LinkedIn tools
- Working closely with our Growth Team to drive messaging, develop compelling success stories and accurately and consistently convey the core benefits of our product
Our take
With tactical procurement eating up as much as 20% of companies' total expenditure and just as much time, Lhotse aims to save time and cost for medium to large companies with their automation software.
They integrate all relevant information into one central procurement system. In doing so, they provide end-users with a complete and total review of previous suppliers & orders, have alternative suppliers suggested, and/or automatically receive offers from competing suppliers.
Competitors include iMarine Software, Synertrade and Portt. Moving forwards, Lhotse are planning to continue driving their product development and expand their team globally.
