Who you are
- 3+ years of work experience in an analytical role of a revenue operations, FP&A, or business operations teams for B2B companies, preferably in Tech SaaS or Tech consulting
- Experienced in managing end-to-end analytics projects, from developing business cases and collaborating with stakeholders to delivering successful outcomes such as analyses, dashboards, models, or training materials
- Strong SQL proficiency, and highly skilled with Google Suite or Microsoft Office products
- Ability to articulate data-driven insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on process improvement
What the job involves
- To fuel this growth, we are hiring a Senior Sales Intelligence Analyst to build the data-driven analytics team
- This role will be a key member of our growing Sales Intelligence team, pivotal in fostering data-driven decision-making and optimizing business performance across our global salesforce and leadership team
- Accelerate your career through developing and communicating insights with senior leadership to inform decision making on forecasting, sales strategy, and headcount planning
- Experience first-hand how an effective, fast-paced organization operates through learning about and evolving go-to-market processes, collaboration, and tools
- Establish a strong network of peers and mentors
- Gain insight into a $60b+ technology industry that is rapidly transforming
- Develop and maintain GTM Metrics reporting framework in collaboration with Sales Strategy and Finance teams
- Generate deep dives on leading and lagging indicators to provide early warnings and insights into evolving business dynamics
- Train teams on key metrics, methodologies, and best practices for enhanced business alignment
- Develop clear documentation standards to facilitate efficient information retrieval
- Aid in alignment and validation of tools and metrics delivered by Sales Intel and related analytics teams
- Serve as a thought partner to Sales Intel tooling and infrastructure teams by anticipating analytical users' needs
