What the job involves
- Product Strategy and Execution
- Conducting research to guide expansion strategy into new subject areas and courses
- Project managing to take a new pilot or initiative from concept to implementation
- New Business Development
- Exploring new delivery models (e.g., B2B; Public sector contracts)
- Defining how to launch and grow a new B2B training segment; or international offering
- Operations teams and CEO/Board support
- Designing new features to better serve students, improve retention and protect job outcomes
- Assisting the CEO with fundraising / diligence / board materials
