Who you are
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Comfortable in a dynamic and varying role where you can take initiative to achieve objectives and drive results independently
- Confident communicator in both phone and digital interactions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch our services effectively to potential clients
- Experience in the healthcare sector, such as a medical practice manager or medical secretary, a plus but not required
- Experience using a CRM software preferred
What the job involves
- In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and deepening relationships with partner clinicians and clinics, ensuring their continued use of our service
- This role involves close collaboration with the marketing, onboarding, sales, dispensary and Ops teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients and to continuously improve sales strategies based on user feedback
- Foster and deepen relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, check-ins, and strategic engagement, with the aim of converting leads into sales
- Take ownership of commercial and operational issues with clients, working collaboratively with the dispensary to ensure a seamless client experience transition from sales to service
- Actively contribute to the execution of the Account Management strategy & process, as defined by the Head of Practice Liaison, with a focus on achieving sales targets and supporting expanding our client base
- Present and pitch Pharmacierge’s services and solutions effectively
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure targeted marketing materials align with clinician requirements
- Collaborate with the sales and onboarding team to ensure customer feedback informs product improvements
- Attend and participate in conferences and client events
