Role
Who you are
- 1 year of Customer Support experience in a B2B SaaS environment including both leading implementations and account management
- Track record of handling clients of all sizes on a very complex platform
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Good at learning new things fairly quickly
- Posses a good understanding of the technical side of SaaS and the ability to explain it. Things like APIs, SSO, 2FA, and CSV files
- Incredibly organized
What the job involves
- Implementations. Our CS specialists are responsible for implementing Pinpoint for their roster of clients. Depending on the size of the client, this can take anything from 2 weeks to 6 months. We believe implementation is the key to the successful adoption and retention of our platform. We place significant time and resources into making this process world-class for our clients
- Ongoing account management and support. Your relationship with your clients starts at implementation but continues right through the life of their contract with us. You'll check in periodically, run training sessions for new users and generally make sure your clients can be successful with our platform in any way they need. You'll proactively reach out to customers to drive increased engagement and offer insights and guidance
- Contributing to the success and progression of the department. You'll work on writing help guides, producing internal documentation, and creating walkthrough videos to help our customers help themselves
