Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Experience in working with AI/SaaS products
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders
- Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in software development, technology, or related industries is preferred
What the job involves
- Develop a clear and compelling product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities based on customer needs, market analysis, and competitive landscape
- Define the product roadmap and long-term product strategy, taking into account user feedback, market trends, and business goals
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product development with business objectives
- Provide clear guidance and direction to the product development team throughout the product lifecycle
- Foster a strong, collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and coordination across teams
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs are at the core of product decisions
- Define and track key product performance metrics and KPIs to measure the product's success
- Analyze user feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future iterations

NeuralSpace is a SaaS platform which offers developers a suite of APIs for language AI (Natural Language Processing - NLP) models in more than 100 languages. The Googles, Microsofts, IBMs and AWSs of this world sometimes offer models in these languages too, but even if they do, they are often inaccurate in many real-world use cases.
NeuralSpace has taken a fundamentally different stand in developing such models with a local-languages-first approach; meaning, they make sure that their models perform well in locally spoken languages such as Gujarati, Arabic or Swedish before they even train them on English, French and Spanish.
NLP as a sector of AI is continuing to advance at a rapid pace and also attract a lot of investment. NeuralSpace has raised considerable seed-funding which it will use to scale the platform and develop a broad range of tools for some of the biggest spoken-language markets. It has various text and speech models that are packaged as “platform services”, and these can be applied to anything from chatbots and virtual assistants to hate-speech detectors.
The company has recently rebranded as part of a move towards serving enterprise customers as well as its traditional userbase of developers. It has also released a "playground" environment, allowing its users to experiment with its products online. Riding the wave of AI adoption in large companies is likely to be a shrewd move that will serve NeuralSpace well as it continues to grow its presence in the market.
