- You take confidentiality seriously. In this role, you’ll be handling extremely sensitive information, and absolute, complete confidentiality and discretion are a MUST
What the job involves
- Provide primary support to the President in all administrative functions, including calendaring, schedule management, inbox management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and other high-priority items

- Confirm in-person and virtual meetings/engagements; assist with research, material preparation, and location/dial-in details
- Coordinate intensive domestic and international travel, including flight itineraries, hotel bookings, ground transport/vehicles, and dining reservations
- Build cross-functional internal relationships that positively represent the C-Level Executives
- Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed
- Keep date records of personal events, such as social gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions
- Meticulous organizations across several communication platforms
- Review, prioritize, direct, and delegate a wide variety of complex and confidential requests that are presented to the executive for consideration
- Summarize, prioritize, and research information into a concise and usable format for the executive to review
- Respond to or route priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive
- Provide administrative support in a variety of functions to the Product teams that are focused on increasing efficiency and impact
- Provide departmental support as needed to other leadership
- Plan, execute, and maintain our office culture, office events, and both office on-sites and off-sites events in partnership with the executive support team
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations and business objectives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Thrive in an asynchronous communication environment across many time zones
- Proactive and can adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
