Who you are
- This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable stepping into undefined spaces, identifying what matters most, and independently driving progress across teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, marketing operations, consulting, marketing management, product operations, or related fields
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable plans
- Highly analytical with experience using data to drive decision-making and influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from strategy through execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear executive-level recommendations
Desirable
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles, growth organizations, and technology teams
- Demonstrated AI fluency with the ability to operationalize high-volume creative variant scaling and asset management workflows
What the job involves
- Fetch is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager to partner with senior leadership on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across Marketing, Product, and Technology
- In this high-impact senior individual contributor role, you’ll serve as connective tissue across teams, helping ensure marketing & product strategy, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market execution are aligned around driving user growth, engagement, and business impact
- You’ll help leadership teams focus on what matters most by bringing structure to ambiguous problems, creating repeatable transferable processes and systems across functions, and ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes
- This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, and execution. You’ll help connect long-term business goals to day-to-day operating decisions while driving cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and business impact
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology leadership to drive alignment on strategic priorities and growth initiatives
- Help connect product strategy, customer lifecycle strategy, and go-to-market execution across teams
- Support planning processes, prioritization discussions, tradeoff decisions, and cross-functional decision-making tied to user growth and engagement
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or cross-functional business challenges
- Improve cross-functional operating rhythms between Marketing, Product, and Technology teams
- Drive planning cycles, business reviews, operational cadences, and executive decision-making processes
- Ensure strategic initiatives are properly prioritized, sequenced, and executed across functions
- Identify organizational friction, dependency gaps, and execution risks before they become larger organizational issues
- Help improve how teams prioritize work, allocate resources, define success, and measure business impact across increasingly complex marketing initiatives
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, growth performance, operational trends, and business impact
- Translate data and complex analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Build frameworks, metrics, and reporting that connect performance across campaigns, channels, product initiatives, and broader business outcomes
- Help establish shared success metrics and measurement frameworks across cross-functional teams
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, Marketing, Growth, and Commercial teams to drive alignment on strategic initiatives
- Support integrated campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives that require coordination across multiple functions and stakeholders
- Help connect product roadmap planning, launch readiness, audience strategy, and go-to-market execution across teams

Leading mobile shopping and loyalty platform Fetch has seen explosive success in recent years. Its concept is simple: users receive spendable points in exchange for scans of their shopping receipts.
The app has tens of millions of daily active users with even more downloads, and has seen impressive growth, having now reached 'unicorn' status twice over. This should come as no surprise. Brand reinforcement is crucial to customer retention and acquisition - but it is harder than ever, with the fragmentation of choice on the market and the declining efficacy of marketing. So material loyalty benefits are likely to prove a crucial tool in creating and leveraging a strong customer base.
Whilst Fetch faces competition from similar receipt-scan rewards platforms like ReceiptPal and Ibotta, it grew into a profitable company in late 2023. And its using its most recent Morgan Stanley-backed funding to aggressively add brand partners at a competitive pace and onboard staff at a level that promises strong continued growth.
