Creative Director, Druva

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in creative direction, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative assets that drive engagement and business results
• A minimum of 3 years leading an in-house or agency creative team
• Prior experience in the B2B SaaS industry or similar technology sector is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of UX principles, customer journey, and end-to-end funnel flow
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor creative talents
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Proactive, agile, and highly organized with project management skills
• Instinct for balancing brand goals with performance goals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including digital and print assets, in-person event booths, video, and animation

• This person will lead the creative strategy and execution to elevate our brand and drive engagement across the website, demand gen campaigns, digital channels, and events
• This position will be part of the Digital Growth team
• Drive and guide the creative vision and strategy for Druva; implement and deliver premium, modern designs
• Ensure consistent and compelling brand presence and voice across all marketing material and corporate initiatives
• Lead a team of designers and other creative professionals to amplify their talent. Lead by example
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including web, content, social, demand gen, events team, partner marketing, product, sales, customer success, HR, international teams, and C-level executives – to develop customer-focused creative solutions that address specific business objectives and improve performance
• Establish and evolve clear, cohesive brand identity, style guide, libraries, and templates, as well as specific guidelines for campaigns, websites, in-person events, etc
• Provide creative concepts and assets for campaigns and launches. Interpret and influence creative briefs to meet not only business goals but also time-to-market
• Continuously evaluate and optimize creative processes, tools, standards, and resources to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and provide thought leadership and insights to inform future creative strategies
