Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related role
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field

What the job involves
- The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the success of our enterprise SaaS customers
- This includes onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and ensuring that they are getting the most out of our product
- Aligned to Securiti’s top Enterprise customers across North America
- Responsible for the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Onboard new customers and introduce them to our product and support processes
- Provide ongoing support to customers, including troubleshooting issues, providing training, and answering questions
- Work with customers to identify and implement solutions to their business challenges
- Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that customer needs are met
- Identify and close expand opportunities aligning Securiti’s solutions
- Ensure we exceed customer expectations throughout the customer journey leading to highest possible rate of retention and renewal

As businesses take advantage of data and the cloud, they are increasingly encountering difficulties with managing their compliance, data security and privacy. Aside from operational and ethical concerns, companies are regularly punished with huge fines for failures in this area. Securiti exists to make harnessing data safe, using AI to ensure that information is managed in a way that's secure and compliant.
Securiti is not alone in the data protection market. It has larger AI-powered competitors in OneTrust and Immuta, both able to identify and control at-risk data. However, Securiti's platform is unique in bringing together all controls around data in a single command centre. This solution has found favour with numerous Enterpise customers including Cisco, Hertz, Dell and CapitalOne.
Securiti has grown swiftly and raised considerable funds over the years. This has allowed it to expand its headcount, develop its product and increase its market share. And, as concerns surrounding the safe adoption of AI have risen, it has released solutions that specifically target these concerns. This shows that it can keep pace with evolving market needs.
