• Working Hours 🕓 - Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week
• Holiday Entitlement ✈🏝 - We give 25 days for all staff + Bank Holidays. Although its non-contractual we have a Winter Break where the office closes from 25th December to the 1st January – the best bit, it’s not taken out of your annual leave entitlement, so everyone can recharge. We'll encourage you to take more time off if you're slacking on holiday time taken!
• Summer Hours 🥇🌝 - On Fridays, a non-contractual benefit - From June to early September on every Friday, providing nothing pressing work-wise you can finish at 1pm and don’t need to make the time up. What better way to spend a summers afternoon relaxing with friends, family or just chill’n!
• Hybrid working 🏡 – Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are mandatory and we are all in the office – it’s important for collaboration, networking, and banter. The rest of the time you can work from home, so that work and life play nicely!
