Growth Lead, Prysm

• 3+ years of experience in a business development, marketing, or growth role in a consumer technology company, preferably in web3
• Active web3 user with a deep understanding of DAOs & NFTs, and other consumer crypto trends
• Powerful communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage up and down
• Low ego, high EQ, and a great attitude

• Develop and continually optimize a data-driven growth engine that focuses on experimentation and leverages both proven and new channels in collaboration with the CEO
• Lead and manage the growth team, including defining new roles as the growth engine matures and overseeing hiring as needed
• Take a hands-on approach to execute the growth plan you define, leading by example and inspiring other team members to do the same
• Utilize the full range of resources available, including founders, investors, agencies, and consultants, to drive growth and success
• Foster a collaborative, user-centric culture where all team members contribute to the company's success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the web3, DAO, NFT, and consumer crypto communities
• Use market insights and data to inform strategic decisions and guide product development
• Design and implement viral loops, activations, and promotions, and work closely with the product and engineering teams to bring them to market
• Act as a key point of contact between the growth team and the product and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and addressing any feedback or issues from the community and partners
• Represent the company at conferences and events and actively promote the brand to drive awareness and growth
