Role
Who you are
- Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent
- 3+ years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee relations
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle information and data with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Experience working for an international, remote-first company is a plus
What the job involves
- You will play a key role in shaping our company culture and supporting our team's growth and success
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, managing recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring plans
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards
- Maintain personnel records and internal database
