Role
Who you are
- Experience: You have a minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in senior partnerships roles within the SaaS or fintech industry. You have a deep understanding of the SaaS or FinTech industry and can clearly demonstrate a path to exponentially growing the customer base. You hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Business Development: You have developed and scaled a channels partnership program with a proven track record of business development, account management, and successful revenue growth. You understand the SaaS business model extremely well
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: We're a meritocracy, so you'll find that our decisions are based on facts, not dispositions. You are obsessed with analyzing and leveraging data to set your strategy, gain buy-in, and communicate how to execute your plan successfully. You have a proven track record of operationalizing sales performance metrics, tracking, and reporting to drive greater visibility and insights
What the job involves
- As the Director of Partnerships (Enterprise), you will develop deep partnerships with Enterprise level Accounting and Bookkeeping firms to build high value and influence. In collaboration with our Marketing and Product teams, you’ll also help scale our product and customer base as you support the GTM strategies
- As our first Partnerships hire, you’ll have the opportunity to build on our existing approaches and take them to a new level. This is a great opportunity for you to come in, make an immediate impact and establish best practices to scale
- Partnership Strategy: build and execute a best-in-class partnership program to drive prospects and sales opportunities across Canada (and North America)
- Prospecting and Relationship Building: identify, assess, and build new opportunities, agreements, and partnerships to improve customer value continuously
- GTM: partner with the marketing and product teams to deliver best practices, tactics, and assets to increase customer acquisition
