Who you are
- You’re currently studying (Business) Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
- You have initial experience in recruiting or HR, ideally including exposure to sourcing and interviewing
- You’re confident using tools like LinkedIn, have a digital mindset, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- You are communicative, detail-oriented, and proactive
- You are available for 16–20 hours per week and are eager to develop your skills in talent acquisition
What the job involves
- As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you’ll support our team in finding and attracting the best talent across different departments – from tech roles to commercial positions
- You’ll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding while learning how recruitment works in a modern, remote-first company
- You support the full recruitment process: from understanding open roles to assisting in interviews and candidate management
- You actively source and identify candidates using platforms like LinkedIn
- You contact candidates with creative, personalized messages to spark interest in Xentral
- You assist in screening and first-round interviews for selected positions
- You help build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- You contribute to employer branding efforts that promote Xentral’s culture and values
- You support administrative tasks within the recruiting and people operations team

2021 series B funding, led by Tiger Global and Meritech, has been invested in enhancing the product. Capital has also been used to expand the U.K. operation toward a more global ERP market, a timely venture given its forecasted to be a market worth $71.3B by 2030.
