Product Operations & Support Specialist, GP Automate

• 2–4 years in a support, product ops, or technical troubleshooting role - ideally in SaaS or HealthTech
• A confident communicator with crisp written English and a calm, helpful tone under pressure
• Autonomous and self-managing - you prioritise tasks, chase answers, and don’t wait to be told what to do
• Naturally data-driven - you investigate issues methodically and don’t settle for surface-level fixes
• Obsessed with understanding how things work, and love digging into logs, flows, and failure points
• Quick to learn new tools and comfortable jumping between dashboards, SQL, and product interfaces

Desirable

• Be the first line of defence when something breaks - investigate, diagnose, and fix where possible
• Monitor live product operations, flag issues early, and manage incident response workflows
• Troubleshoot failed product runs and work with Engineering when deeper fixes are needed
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and (when needed) external customers about issues and resolutions
• Maintain high-quality support documentation, runbooks, and internal tools to scale troubleshooting
• Help define and improve support workflows to reduce time-to-resolve and keep things running smoothly
• Track key support metrics and contribute to post-mortems and continuous improvement efforts
• Constantly look for patterns, inefficiencies, or bugs - and fix them before they become problems
