- 2+ Years’ experience in an administrative role with a business or legal affairs department, company, law firm, talent agency or similar experience
- Experience in contract management and review is preferred

What the job involves
- Hello Sunshine is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Coordinator, Business & Legal Affairs
- This individual supports the deal process and administrative tasks for the Business & Legal Affairs team
- This person manages communication and coordination between internal and external key stakeholders, managing timelines and tracking agreements, documents, and internal documentation processes
- Maintain administrative tasks for the Hello Sunshine Business & Legal Affairs team, including general scheduling assistance, request processing, and day-to-day task management
- Ensure all internal documents and document requests follow the appropriate internal processes and protocols, including proper review, approval and execution
- Create summaries of projects and executed agreements for internal purposes
- Organize agreement details to ensure timelines, invoicing and deliverables are met
- Assist with legal entity formation, updated organization charts, and timely entity compliance with applicable federal, state, and regulatory authorities
- Coordinate across departments and external parties for required items and information
- Conduct industry and market research as well as risk assessments for new projects
- Prepare and present analysis and informed recommendations
- Remain current with industry trends and best practices, and changes in applicable laws

Since then, Reese Witherspoon and Sarah Harden have continued to serve on the board and oversee day-to-day operations. The company is focused on changing and transforming the industry, promoting creators who have been structurally sidelined in the past.
