CRE Multifamily Support Analyst, Santander

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or equivalent field
• 0-3 years of banking and/or servicing commercial real estate loans
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to identify specific knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for satisfactory execution of the position's primary duties & responsibilities
• Detail oriented, common sense decision-making
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship building skills at all levels in an organization
• Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
• Adapts quickly to change and makes suggestions for increasing the effectiveness of change

• Coordinate with team members, customers, and Santander’s internal treasury desk to fix loan rates while keeping diligent records of the process
• Monitor and distribute daily rate sheets
• Assists in the coordination of the credit approval process for loans, complying with internal policies and procedures
• Gather information, evaluate options and assist in the preparation of presentations
• Support Senior team members to Manage a multi-family commercial real estate portfolio
