• What Success Looks Like:
• Within 6 Months (Integration and Audit): You will have audited our primary legacy pipelines and identified the top three bottlenecks. You'll become a trusted partner by delivering your first automated "Golden Path" for a specific service, reducing manual intervention by at least 30%
• Within 1 Year (First Measurable Impact): You will have successfully migrated major legacy workflows to a modern CI/CD framework. Your work will be measurable through a 20% reduction in average build times and a significant decrease in deployment-related failures
