- 2+ years of experience in customer success enablement
- Customer Success experience is a plus

What the job involves
- We are currently seeking a Customer Success Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement Team. This role is available to candidates in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto
- Revenue Enablement supports the Revenue organization with the tools, technology, content, training, process, and support necessary to do their jobs effectively and meet revenue targets. This looks like onboarding new hires, building effective content (like playbooks), ongoing skills reinforcement, etc
- You will be a key member of the Customer Success Enablement team and will be responsible for the onboarding, continuing education, product learning, skills development, and ongoing development resources for our Customer Success team
- Develop world-class enablement content that supports Customer Success roles
- Create and maintain documentation on CS processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, etc
- Improve, refine, and maintain existing content
- Develop and manage the CS content library
- Collaborate with Enablement, Customer Success, and Operations to identify highest-impact content priorities
- Orchestrate roll-out and adoption of enablement content
- Implement and track metrics to understand engagement with enablement content
- Assist with integration and utilization of tools within the CS technology stack
- Partner with Revenue leadership to create continuous learning content needed to support the Customer CS teams
- Deliver virtual and live onboarding and continuous education sessions across CS roles
- Serve as subject matter expert for Service Cloud, Zendesk, ChurnZero, and other CS tech stack tools
- Stay up to date on enablement and CS best practices
- Recommend and implement solutions to address knowledge gaps
- Assist and support Revenue Enablement initiatives as needed

Clio provides a legal practice management platform designed for law firms, allowing users to manage billing for legal aid cases, access and manage documents and store files across multiple devices. Whilst other startups are operating in this niche, Clio has uniquely focussed on synchronisation across remote devices and on a wide range of integrations, allowing the user to access information from other industry standard software such as Xero and Klyant from within a single interface.
Clio has raised a large amount of investment capital, most recently in a 2021 Series E round which saw the company attain unicorn status with a valuation exceeding $1 billion. This funding is being used to accelerate its product development, hire additional talent, and for expansion into new markets with a focus on the EMEA region, particularly the UK and Ireland.
