Who you are
- Confidence and capability to communicate in differently styles effectively with stakeholders and customers
- High organisation skills are essential in this role, you will be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with high degree of accuracy
- A customer powered approach, we approach all of our tasks with a solution oriented perspective
- Strong, proficient skills in MS Office, Excel, Data Entry and CRM’s (Ideally Salesforce)
- Minimum of one year call centre or credit control experience desirable
What the job involves
- We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive based within our Accounts Receivable team on to support our Advertising agency customers
- You will be the central point for our largest agency customers to rectify any disputes and finance related queries supporting sales, finance, operations and internal stakeholders to promote timely collections across Gumtree’s advertising vertical
- This is a fixed term contract planned to run for 12 months from start date
- You will drive the recovery of outstanding debt to increase the internal collection rate for key clients across Gumtree and Motors verticals
- You'll be a crucial to our solutions orientated approach, solving client billing discrepancies and queries in a timely manner to reduce bad debt
- Uploading invoices for payment
- Dealing with account suspensions and reconciliation
- This is a social role! Calling customers with overdue invoice payments in line with the internal running process
- Responding to internal and external queries regarding finance related queries in a timely and efficient manner (as outlined by SLA)
