Role
Who you are
- A combination of work experience, internships, and education that indicate success in this type of role. Ideally, this experience would include supporting a fast-paced office environment
- Experience with MS Office and the Google Suite is required
- Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets (data visualizations, VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) is a nice-to-have
- Experience managing and tracking budgets is a nice-to-have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A service-oriented attitude, and the patience to ‘roll with the punches’
What the job involves
- Stellar Health’s People Team is looking for an Office Experience Coordinator to support our team
- Reporting to our People Ops Manager, this in-person role will be based out of our New York City, Union Square headquarters
- We have a hybrid workforce of amazing employees, and as our Office Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to make sure our physical and remote office spaces are as welcoming as possible
- This is a highly collaborative role, where you will be required to work with many different stakeholders across the business, while managing multiple priorities and projects
- This position is great for someone looking to start their career in a People/Administration role, or within the healthtech space in general
- Relationship management of office vendors, including the coordination of contract renewals
- Managing an office events calendar, in partnership with key internal stakeholders
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization. This will include things like managing light cleaning, tracking inventory, coordinating repairs/maintenance, and generally making sure our space is a great space for employees!
- Coordinating access to IT systems/technology throughout the office
- Keeping tabs on how to make office processes more efficient and helpful
- Being the welcoming person that Stellar visitors first interact with when they visit HQ
- Supporting deliveries and vendor appointments
- Assisting the Chief of Staff with executive scheduling and coordination of leadership meetings and offsites
- Assisting the Recruiting Team with light coordination support, such as scheduling reference calls
- Supporting employee events in conjunction with the rest of the People Team and the Office of the CEO
- Helping maintain and update documentation related to office policies and processes
- Working with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steering Committee on various events, stepping in to help plan and manage where needed
- This is an on-site position that requires presence in our Union Square Office Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST

A problem in healthcare is little thought is given to the doctors and staff who coordinate all of the daily patient workflow, such as historical claims, pharmacy requests, lab work, testing and billing. Stellar Health aims to drastically reduce these 'chores' through a cloud-based platform on which primary care providers can offer value-based care through real-time information updates about patients.
The point-of-care workflow platform also strives to close the incentive gap between payors and care providers by helping practitioners earn more revenue for keeping patients healthy, rather than simply charging for procedures and treatments. While Stellar Health faces stiff competition from major players such as Siemens Healthcare and AthenaHealth, it has already made great ground in the market with over 1.1M patients across 37 states.
The company has secured significant investment from Primary Venture Partners and Point 72. This funding and its growing revenue are being put towards further scaling its operations and accelerating its product development. Operating in a rapidly growing industry which is expected to be worth just over $4 billion by 2025, Stellar Health is in a good position for future growth and success.
