Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Product Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced team
- If you are passionate about product management and interested in logistics processes, this role is for you!
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in product management or a related field
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively. collaborate with other teams and stakeholders
- You excel at prioritizing tasks and managing time in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, demonstrating quick learning, adaptability, and flexibility to meet various project milestones
- You bring a good understanding of agile methodologies and product management tools
- You are fluent in English and ideally in German
What the job involves
- Together with your Team Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing and optimizing the internal customs product used by our logistics team
- Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing e-commerce shops with the most seamless delivery operations and a better experience for our clients
- You work closely and engage with a variety of stakeholders including senior managers, to enhance and optimize our customs product
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams, to facilitate effective product development and implementation
- You will share the responsibility with your team lead in concepting and implementing product strategies driven by KPIs
- You will monitor and analyze product performance through automated processes to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation

The company is now looking to include dealers and distributors from outside the European Economic Area and now offers its services in over 50 countries to companies like ASOS, Best Secret and Mister Spex.
The logistics company has managed to navigate the supply chain crises of the pandemic. However, these crises have encouraged many major retailers to reduce their dependencies on 3rd party logistics companies, a trend that Seven Senders must now discourage.
