Senior Data Engineer, Dandy

• Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable data infrastructure, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced company
• You have hands-on experience with data orchestration tools such as Dagster, Airflow, or similar, and are well-versed in writing performant, maintainable code in Python
• Expert in Data Pipelines: You have deep experience building data pipelines using tools like DBT for transformation and cloud environments like AWS or GCP for data storage and computation
• You know how to design and maintain reliable ETL processes that scale

• Own and Build Data Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and robust data systems to support multiple business domains, including product, operations, logistics, and more
• Collaborate and Support Stakeholders: Work closely with data analysts, product teams, and internal stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver reliable, accurate, and well-documented data solutions that power business decisions
• End-to-End Data Pipeline Ownership: Be responsible for the full lifecycle of data infrastructure, including data collection, transformation, and storage. Ensure that pipelines are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Tooling and Automation: Design and implement tools for monitoring, automation, and self-service analytics to make sure that stakeholders can access the data they need quickly and reliably
