Role
Who you are
- Experience working in a high-volume data environment.
- Experience working with data analytics, data warehouses, data quality, data pipelines, data platforms.
- Experience setting up and leading large operations teams.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud experience (ideally AWS or GCP).
- Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, OLAP technology experience.
- Experience with monitoring dashboards and incident management.
What the job involves
- As an Analytics Operations Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing a variety of operational processes to manage Analytics SLAs, data quality, enterprise applications and cloud usage governance
- Reporting to the Head of Data Operations you will put into work your expertise in Data, Analytics and Tech ops background
- Lead, recruit and performance manage Support Analysts and application administrators
- Define and document models for support and ops of different Data/Analytics processes and apps
- Acceptance-into-service of agreed Analytics/Data reports, pipelines and applications to SLAs
- Change management process and implementation
- Responsible for admin, change management and operations of enterprise applications in BI, AI and Data Management
- Lead a multiskilled team and providing 24/7 second line emergency on-call coverage
