Who you are
- This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with Executives is important, as is the ability to be flexible and change direction seamlessly.
- The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and want to take on varied and exciting new projects and learn new skills.
- A good sense of humor is also a must
- 5+ Years supporting high level executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- This role is currently working onsite (3 days per week) and is expected to work onsite for the majority of working hours with the flexibility to work remotely on a limited basis. Note: some positions may be fully remote and will be noted as such
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

- Veeam Software is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated individual to partner with members of our leadership team along with providing a great in-office experience
- Responsibilities for this position include the ability to build strategic proactive business partnerships, to think and plan ahead, and manage time effectively
- Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling with senior leadership, maintaining diplomacy and discretion
- Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities
- Ensure well organized and up-to-date travel logistics, expense reports, and other administrative needs
- Partner with EA team to manage onsite meals, events, and employee activities. Along with keeping the office well stocked with kitchen and office supplies
- Liaise with property management on facility work orders as needed
- Prioritize Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Initiatives for your executives
- Have fun at work and help others to do the same
