Role
Who you are
- Proven experience leading and scaling teams building large-scale user-facing products
- Strong full-stack background with deep expertise in modern frontend architectures
- Strong experience either hands-on or leading multiple teams across web, mobile (native or cross-platform), and complex UI systems
- Track record of metrics-driven development (UX, engagement, performance, reliability)
- Experience owning deployment, release, and lifecycle of frontend systems tied to backend services
- Ability to influence technical direction and align stakeholders at senior levels
What the job involves
- Own the frontend technical vision and architecture across web, mobile, and immersive platforms
- Set and enforce engineering standards for quality, performance, accessibility, and reliability
- Lead critical technical decisions and guide long-term evolution of the frontend stack
- Partner with Product, Design, Backend, and Hardware to deliver complex, user-facing features
- Mentor senior engineers and shape frontend culture, hiring, and progression
- Ensure frontend systems scale with product growth and organizational complexity
- The engineering team is divided into smaller cross functional project teams that each focus on a specific goal or target, where some groups are long-lived, and some are short-lived, depending on how big the goal or deliverable is
- We strive to create groups which are cross-functional and able to complete their goals without dependence on other teams, even though this is of course not always possible
- We don't expect people to join us with a specific tech knowledge, but we do expect you to work with our tools. We use a mix of React, Typescript, C++, and Python. Our APIs are written in C# with ASP.NET Core, uses Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Active Directory for authentication

With this funding, the company is now focused on expanding even further, hoping ti bring its technology to the US once it receives the necessary regulatory approvals.
