Who you are
- You have a constant focus on growth and will succeed at whatever you put your mind to

- You may not have any B2B / SaaS sales experience but you will have excelled at something incredibly challenging that demonstrates your grit & ability to sell
- For example, you may be a career changer who did well in a different sector like law / banking / consulting / something else similarly intense & difficult, but now want to go on this journey of learning to sell & building a business
- You like to roll up your sleeves & get stuck in

What the job involves
- Now we’re scaling fast and building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management. And we are looking for the best Commercial Associate out there to help turn procurement into a true competitive advantage!
- Omnea operates as a meritocracy and the right person will progress rapidly, growing in seniority, responsibilities, and compensation
- You’ll be an early commercial hire at one of Europe’s most promising early-stage companies, working alongside an experienced team who have done this before & worked with the best investors and teams out there
- You’ll be the engine for Omnea’s future growth and will learn first-hand how to scale a go-to-market function and bringing in tens of millions in ARR
- You’ll spend about 75% of your time on demand generation – strategically identifying, prospecting, and qualifying prospective customers to generate interest in our technology & to build pipeline for future growth
- You will own our go-to-market messaging for different geographies & sectors, building & executing outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- You’ll create best-in-class outbound sales processes & messaging, iterating as you go and later teaching new joiners how it’s done
- You’ll spend the rest of your time helping to drive our go-to-market function and supporting our CCO and Commercial Leads in deal-related activities – RFPs, proposals, managing sales pipeline, helping to close deals, and in time planning GTM strategy
- Given the broad scope & impact of this role, you will receive a bonus based on overall company revenue as well as individual pipeline created
- Our expectation is that you put yourself forward for a revenue quota-carrying Account Exec role after 12-15 months, and a team lead/managerial-level role after that
- Ultra-high achievers will be given the opportunity even sooner
- Or you may choose to focus on mastering an adjacent commercial specialism (eg. customer success, solutions consulting)
