Who you are
- Proven track record in product management, with a focus on platform, technical, or integration-related domains
- Experience with API-first development, B2B system integrations, or workflow automation tools
- Experience with working with remote teams
- A strong technical background—you speak engineering fluently and can translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to align engineers, commercial teams, and external partners around shared goals
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, independent approach to identifying and seizing opportunities
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments—bonus if within SaaS, marketplaces or mobility,
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and scaling of Fixico’s integration and connectivity capabilities
- This role will be instrumental in executing our strategy by owning key initiatives around API development, third-party tool integration, and customer system connectivity
- You’ll drive internal and external collaboration, align tech solutions with business goals, and ensure seamless workflows across our platform ecosystem
- You’ll join our Product team and work closely with engineers, product managers, commercial teams, and external partners
- Drive the development of customer, supplier, and communication APIs to support smooth integrations across our network
- Define and maintain the technical integration roadmap aligned with Fixico’s strategic pillars
- Prioritize and lead the execution of projects across internal capabilities and external partner integrations
- Work closely with our engineers to build scalable and reliable APIs and tools
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation for internal teams, customers, and partners
- Ensure Fixico remains integration-ready and competitive in B2B enterprise deals by providing world-class connectivity solutions
- Act as the go-to person for all integration-related topics, supporting our commercial team with technical insights
- Lead exploration projects around new technologies such as telematics, RPA, and data enrichment
- Own technical integration initiatives, including:
- Headless transactional and communication workflows (email & API-based)
- Integration with 3rd party tools such as Zoho Desk and customer back-office systems
- Partnerships with telematics and cost calculation providers (e.g., Geotab, DAT)

Fixico is following a tried-and-true playbook of modern tech companies: aggregating access to independent vendors in a digital marketplace. In this case, it is connecting car repair shops and insurers across Europe to customers on its platform.
Fixico uses technology to ‘match-make’ between types of car damage and particular repair shops, resulting in a smooth, well-priced experience for all stakeholders. Its an interesting approach, and the company has got off to a good start from which it can continue to iterate and expand across Europe.
