Who you are
- Your ability to pitch and place Unity stories, understand industry trends, and integrate our voice into relevant conversations is crucial
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in media relations, ideally across broadcast, traditional media, podcasts, newsletters, and social media
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with reporters, pitch stories successfully, and secure coverage
- In-depth knowledge of the media landscape and ability to create relevant and impactful stories
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft creative and compelling content
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented approach
- High business acumen with a keen intellectual curiosity
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus

What the job involves
- We seek a dynamic and experienced PR Manager, Corporate and Product, who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our media communications strategy
- You will be a driving force behind our media relations program, building and maintaining relationships with key reporters across the business, industry and advertising sectors
- Develop and execute robust media relations programs that align with our corporate and product messaging
- Build and nurture relationships with key media outlets and reporters
- Respond to media inquiries and manage communications effectively across various platforms
- Proactively develop and implement PR campaigns to enhance Unity’s visibility and reputation
- Create compelling narratives for external audiences
- Monitor and analyze the media landscape to keep Unity at the forefront of industry conversations
- Craft content that resonates with stakeholders, ensuring our messages are clear, consistent, and impactful
- Collaborate with internal teams to align communication objectives and deliver cohesive messaging across all channels
- Stay informed about industry trends and conduct competitive benchmarking
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communications efforts to ensure continuous improvement
