Role
Who you are
- We’re seeking a proactive, ambitious Account Executive to be pivotal in scaling Chairsyde’s impact within dental practices. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to account growth—helping dentists improve patient communication and boost practice performance. Working alongside the Head of Partnerships, you'll shape and execute sales strategy, manage your own CRM pipeline, and directly influence Chairsyde’s growth trajectory
- Have 2+ years in B2B sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets—experience in dental, med‑devices, or SaaS is a plus
- Are skilled in prospecting, demo storytelling, negotiation, and closing. A knowledge of the Challenger Sales framework is a plus
- Communicate clearly and confidently—whether Zoom, phone, or face‑to‑face
- Are highly organised and comfortable managing your own schedule, pipeline, and priorities
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment—thinking big, moving fast, and staying scrappy
- Enjoy collaboration—working across functions to deliver customer value
- Are passionate about dentistry and driven to help dental practices succeed
- Must have right to work in the UK and be able to work from our office in Waterloo (London) 3x per week.
What the job involves
- Pipeline generation & prospecting Proactively identify and engage new dental practice prospects through calls, email outreach, events, and networking
- Discovery Calls & Demos Deliver compelling discovery calls utilising the Challenger Sales framework and present Chairsyde to Principal Dentists (Owners) and Practice Managers, showcasing ROI and clinical impact
- Proactive followup & deal closure You’ll quickly follow up with prospects, responding to questions, providing tailored resources, via Whatsapp and email and keep momentum moving toward a decision. With persistence and empathy, you’ll expertly navigate negotiations, address objections, and guide conversations to successfully close deals that benefit both Chairsyde and our dental partners
- Cross‑functional collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and our Product teams to deliver value to prospects and close deals
