Who you are
- We’re seeking someone super-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative—someone who’s eager to dive in and help scale our programs

- Able to work with a major email service provider (such as Iterable or Braze) to set up one-off marketing emails
- Someone detail-oriented with a creative *and* analytical mindset who loves to share findings and actionable insights
- A quick learner with a genuine interest in improving systems, processes, and our overall 1:1 program
- Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects, taking initiative, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- Warby Parker is looking for a 1:1 Marketing Associate Manager to help our broader 1:1 Marketing team build and manage our outbound customer communications
- In this role, you’ll be a key member of the broader Growth team, using 1:1 marketing channels to engage customers in original ways, personalize communications with data, drive revenue, deliver insights, and build loyalty and brand equity
- Manage the day-to-day tasks associated with the creation process of our 1:1 messages (email, SMS, and push), including concepting and creative, development and deployment, and reporting and analysis
- In collaboration with members of the 1:1 team, produce creative briefs for upcoming 1:1 marketing messages—outlining goals, design considerations, audience segmentation, and testing plans
- Develop robust audience segments and deliver personalized messages across channels according to a strategic communications roadmap
- After briefing, track and oversee the delivery of all necessary assets, including copy, design, and product selections (making sure we’re sticking to preset timelines)
- Compile campaign assets and performance reports to keep stakeholders informed
- Become a total expert in our marketing platform, taking specs from the campaign briefs and translating them into compelling and high-performing campaign builds
- Conduct continuous testing and own the after-the-fact analysis to consistently optimize our marketing efforts and ultimately grow the business

They say every great idea starts with a problem, and Warby Parker kept it simple - glasses were just too expensive. Inspired by the need to have great-looking frames that didn’t break the bank, the co-founders set out to disrupt the legacy-dominated eyewear market.
Going up against Luxottica was no easy feat. They are the name behind Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Persol, as well as licence holders with Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, and many more. However, by circumventing traditional manufacturing methods, using in-house design, and engaging with customers directly, Warby Parker was able to provide high-quality and good-looking prescription glasses at a fraction of the cost.
The company's retail category disruption has led to it being one of the most successful direct-to-consumer brands of the early 21st century. Late 2021 saw Warby Parker debut an initial public offering (IPO), giving it the liquidity for the 10% footprint increase without stressing cash flow. Since then, it has found continued success and made a number of fund raises and high-profile collaborations to raise brand awareness and bring its affordable, stylish glasses to even more consumers.
