What the job involves
- You’ll help shape how Innovamat grows in Texas: identifying where we win, building district relationships from the ground up, creating local market presence through conferences and events, and influencing our GTM motion in one of the most strategic education markets in the U.S
- This is for someone who wants exposure to everything — commercial strategy, partnerships, field marketing, district leadership conversations, pilot launches, and revenue growth. You won’t be stepping into a polished machine; you’ll be helping build it
- We’re looking for a Growth Manager to fuel Innovamat’s expansion across Texas
- This is a high-ownership, highly hands-on role for someone who wants to build a market, not inherit one. You’ll work at the center of strategy and execution — helping us define how we grow and how we create long-term district partnerships across one of the most important education markets in the U.S
- You’ll own relationships with district leaders, lead consultative first meetings, represent Innovamat across the state, and partner closely with senior leaders and math experts to drive sustainable growth
- Build the Territory: Identify high-potential districts, map opportunity areas, and help define our go-to-market strategy across Texas. You’ll play a key role in shaping where and how we grow
- Prospect with Purpose: Generate new district relationships through strategic networking, referrals, and strong local presence
- Lead High-Value Conversations: Run consultative meetings with district leaders to uncover needs, challenge current thinking, and position a transformational approach to math education
- Expand Market Presence: Represent Innovamat at conferences, host local events, and create visibility that strengthens our reputation and pipeline across the region
- Partner to Drive Growth: Work closely with Math Success Managers and leadership to launch pilots, support conversions, expand partnerships, and build long-term district success
- Own Your Outcomes: Build and execute your own strategic plan to exceed revenue goals while creating sustainable momentum in your territory
Our take
Despite its immense importance, the education space has been slow to evolve, with much of teaching still relying on knowledge-first, memory-based curricula. Innovamat sets out to change this, with a maths curriculum focused on collaboration, discussion, and investigation, delivered through the Innovamat App and its classroom management platform.
Innovamat's resources enable teachers to deliver sequenced sessions, running all the way from infant to secondary - all from one platform. The app provides self-adaptive practice and progress reports, tuned to the pace of each student, and the company also supplies complementary materials for hands-on learning. In addition, it also provides teacher training resources to ensure all staff are able to deliver the curriculum to their best ability.
With a presence established in Catalonia and Latin America, the company is now looking towards further geographical expansion, particularly in the US and Italy. Innovamat has raised impressive funding that will accelerate research and development, support this new expansion, and allow it to reach even more students, atop the 210,000 already learning through its curriculum.
