Commercial Director, BlakBear

• More than 5 years of enterprise sales experience with emerging technologies (deep tech/tech with new IP)
• A track record of closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, including C Suite company leaders
• Experience growing revenue at a high-growth B2B company
• History of successfully managing sales teams to achieve revenue targets
• Ability to adapt communication style to explain technicalities of the product or business
• Sold technology to food processors, retailers or supermarkets

• You’ll be building the sales strategy, team, and culture and driving our revenue goals to scale BlakBear in the UK and internationally
• Increase BlakBear's customer base in the food industry by targeting food processors and supermarkets in the UK, and expanding to international markets in Europe and the United States
• Lead BlakBear’s sales strategy and develop a vision for long-term revenue growth
• Establish effective sales processes, then hire and mentor a high-performing sales team to scale it
• Improve product alignment and encourage a feedback culture that shapes the company's future plans
