Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in creative design and branding
  • Think strategically with examples of how strategic thinking can help drive creative initiatives
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design and motion graphics is a plus
  • Understanding in data analysis and reporting to drive data-informed decisions
  • Familiarity with creative industry trends and emerging technologies is preferred
  • Comfortable in web, digital and print

What the job involves

  • We’re seeking a Brand Designer who is passionate about elevating and enhancing our brand. You’ll contribute to the creation and execution of design projects while helping shape and evolve our brand identity
  • As a Brand Designer, you’ll focus on developing your skills and creating impactful assets that support our brand’s goals under the guidance of senior team members
  • You’ll build on your foundational skills to take ownership of medium-scale projects, mentor junior designers, and contribute to refining and advancing doxy.me’s brand identity
  • The Brand Design team at doxy.me is responsible for driving all areas of our brand forward, ensuring it resonates with our audience and positions doxy.me as a leader in telehealth
  • Collaborate with senior team members to create high-quality design assets, including digital and print materials, social media content, and website visuals
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Support the development of campaigns by designing cohesive, on-brand assets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and execute creative solutions
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer fresh, innovative ideas
  • Take ownership of design tasks and medium-scale projects, ensuring alignment with doxy.me’s brand strategy
  • Refine and evolve design deliverables, improving their impact and resonance with our audience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that meet project goals and timelines
  • Help maintain and improve the brand’s design system, ensuring scalability and consistency
