Data Scientist, Borrowell

• 1+ years of experience building Data Science solutions from ideation to implementation
• Proficiency in Python and related libraries for exploratory data analysis and modeling
• Strong SQL skills – ability to write complex queries to extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources
• Strong problem-solving skills and data intuition – ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
• Experience with supervised learning and handling class imbalances
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Effective communication skills – ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with a growth mindset – comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with ambiguity
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git)
