Interim Manager, Dow Jones

• Fluency in English
• Understanding of company ownership research and sanctions regulations
• Proofreading skills and experience in handling large volumes of information

• We deliver data, research tools and services to help our clients meet anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, anti-corruption and economic sanctions regulations and mitigate third-party risk
• You will lead and develop a team of multilingual experts who research, record and update details on individuals and entities from specific countries for the Dow Jones Risk & Compliance database
• You will report to the Director, Companies Ownership Research
• Train, support and develop your team to maximize their potential through motivation, coaching, counseling, and delegation
• Organise and assign tasks to your team, allocating resources appropriately and identifying workflow efficiencies
• Monitor and evaluate your team's performance
• Respond to clients' questions about Risk & Compliance contents
• Monitor and analyse information related to companies ownership, companies executives and sanctions programmes
• Write due diligence reports on companies and/or individuals as required and contribute to other projects
• Collaborate and engage with other departments and support the Director to drive key business initiatives and decisions
• Contribute to data and workflow improvements, and tool efficiencies
