Who you are
- Confirmed Product Leadership Experience: You have significant experience (10+ years) in SaaS product, with at least one successful experience as a Product Leader (CPO / VP Product / Head of)

What the job involves
- We're currently hiring our Head of Product
- We're looking for the visionary to own and scale our product!
- Direct Report: Arnaud Rosier (CEO)
- Acting as stakeholder, you will:
- Define and execute the product vision, guiding the roadmaps of different teams, in order to achieve our business objectives
- Ensure roadmap delivery and optimize team performance
- Lead, structure, and grow the Product Team (PM, Designer)
- Be the voice of the user and advocate for product co-construction
- Lead cross-functional and cross-scope initiatives
- Define and champion the product vision and strategy for the company, particularly at the Executive Committee (Codir level)
- Monitor KPIs and define activities contributing to the OKRs
- Translate the product strategy into a prioritized and realistic roadmap, in collaboration with the PMs of different teams and various business stakeholders
- Support PMs and PrDs in defining their specifications (user research, prototyping, testing, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with the CTO & Deputy CTO, and development teams to ensure efficient, high-quality, and predictable delivery of new features
- Lead and develop the Product Team (Product Management, Product Design)
- Implement and optimize product methodologies and processes (prioritization, specifications, cross-team communication)
- Establish and nurture a "customer-centric" and "data-informed" culture within the team (and the company)
- Work in strategic partnership with the CMO to define positioning, messaging, and product launches (Go-to-Market)
- Serve as the key point of contact for the Codir on all matters related to product strategy
- As a Product Leader, take ownership of new emerging topics that do not fall under existing scopes, to launch and drive them forward
- At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills
- Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets
- The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development
- Tools: we used Slack, Notion and Drive, and it is pretty cool

Our take
The MedTech boom has seen many innovations through the 2010s, and Implicity, a remote patient monitoring and cardiac data management company, has definitely had a clear lineage of growth since its founding in 2016.
Implicity develops software to monitor and analyze the information from pacemakers and cardiovascular devices to aid physicians and healthcare professionals through all stages of a patient’s treatment. However, maintaining growth on one product alone is hard, especially with so much MedTech competition. Implicity remedies this with its other product, a data analysis platform that uses AI and cloud technology to analyze the devices linked up to its aforementioned pacemaker and cardio health platform. Implicity leverages this data for use in patient management, clinical studies, and R&D.
Playing both fields of MedTech has diversified the draw for hospitals and companies to Implicity. It continues to update and diversify the double offering via updates to its systems with the company hoping to exemplify the continued innovation that is key to MedTech company growth.
