Product Manager, Odin

• You’ve got experience at least 2-3 years of experience working as a Product Manager within a fast-paced company that is continuously committed to excellence
• You hold a graduate degree and have maintained strong academic performance
• You have a track record of delivering features from start to finish, and you know how to break down what you need for teams across the business to make things happen
• The customer drives your decisions, and you’re able to communicate how you’ve personally been responsible for how your features have delivered an extremely high NPS
• You’ve worked with different stakeholders, and you know how to run a process that enables us to deliver new features at speed without compromising on quality
• You have incredible attention to detail, and you’re committed to excellence. We’re in a regulated space, and we handle huge sums of money. When things don’t work as expected, it looks bad on us, so we can’t keep the bar anything but high
• You’re a fast learner. This is likely to be a new space, and with that will come a lot of terminology and industry practices that you wouldn’t have heard of. We’ll empower and equip you to be able to get to grips quickly with how things work
• You’re adaptable. We’re a small team, and there's no one to delegate the less-exciting parts of the job to
• You’re happy to jump in and take full ownership of your role and your work. You’re joining a start-up where the playbook isn’t developed. We’ll give you the autonomy and trust to create a way of working that raises the bar and brings out the best in others
• You’re naturally inquisitive. You want to understand why our customers use our product a certain way, and you ask the right questions to make sure we’re going in the right direction

• We’re looking for a Product Manager who will be our first Product hire and be directly responsible for us staying focused and delivering on our roadmap
• Reporting to our CEO, you'll take ownership of executing our product roadmap through planning and delivery
• Using best practices and the latest techniques, you'll help define our processes and play a key role in prioritising the features that our customers need
• You'll work across our core products, ensuring they're built to scale and at speed with the quality our customers expect when using our products
• You'll speak to customers to uncover their needs and understand their experiences; you'll ensure their feedback and input are incorporated into the product strategy
• Fostering and facilitating relationships with other teams will be a default. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Engineering to ensure we're providing a best-in-class experience and sticking to our word by delivering when we say we will
