Role
Who you are
- 5+ years experience with Compliance, Risk, Privacy and Security related work
- Passionate and eager to learn about risk management and security and privacy frameworks
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Prior experience and knowledge of performing vendor risk management and risk management best practices with SaaS based applications
- Working knowledge of risk assessment fundamentals (impact analysis, residual risk analysis, mitigation strategies, etc)
- Prior exposure and technical aptitude to assess Third Party Risk within SaaS applications and integrations
- Experience managing risk remediation lifecycle
- Customer service mindset and Iterable’s values of Growth Mindset, Trust, Humility and Balance
- Experience using compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, PCI, SOC2, etc)
- Ability to synthesize all forms of research into clear, thoughtful and actionable deliverables
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

What the job involves
- This critical role ensures risks known to the organization are evaluated and addressed in a timely manner
- They partner with various stakeholders to achieve the common goal of preventing cybersecurity breaches
- Lead Iterable’s efforts in implementing a robust risk management program, including but not limited to: third party risk, operational risk, compliance risk and enterprise risk
- Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to the risk management program as well as managing the day to day operations
- Conduct Third-Party risk assessments to identify and address key third party risks and areas of concerns associated with new and existing third party relationships
- Conduct bi-annual enterprise risk assessments to ensure the organization has a comprehensive picture of enterprise risk
- Guide both technical and compliance risk assessment planning, execution, and remediation, including but not limited to integration assessments
- Support and develop the Third-Party Risk Methodology while providing training/guidance to internal stakeholders
- Support and develop the Enterprise Risk Methodology while providing training/guidance to internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage a risk dashboard highlighting key risk reporting and key metrics
- Serve as a subject matter expert and guide risk management activities while collaborating with Procurement, Legal, Engineering, People and other stakeholders throughout all phases of the risk management lifecycle
- Become the subject matter expert on the third party risk management program and devise key improvement strategies
- Support compliance management efforts related to security and privacy frameworks and standards
- Support external audit engagements (i.e. SOC2, ISO, Customer-driven)
