Who you are
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering professional relationships
- Prior experience in administrative or support roles is required
- Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and address them effectively
What the job involves
- Manage financial administration, including payroll, invoicing, basic accounting, expenses, and payments
- Handle administrative paperwork, document filing, and maintaining company policies and documentation
- Support hiring processes and manage general human resources tasks
- Assist with social planning and employee engagement activities
