Senior Generalist Recruiter, Lambda

• Have at least 5-8 years of recruiting experience, including a proven track record of cultivating relationships with and hiring highly competitive talent
• Strong strategic thinker with excellent operational execution
• Are able to effectively evaluate candidates for both behavioral fit and functional competencies
• Have an interest in emerging technologies and an aptitude for learning new industries
• Are proficient in sourcing on platforms; LinkedIn, angellist, github, as well as other techniques
• Have experience utilizing an applicant tracking system to create metrics and manage candidate pipelines
• Have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• As a Senior Recruiter, you will be joining a small, tight-knit team, and manage a variety of roles across GTM, G&A, Legal, Supply Chain & Manufacturing
• You will own the entire recruiting process, from managing internal clients, qualifying job requirements, sourcing, recruiting and closing exceptional candidates
• You should view this role as an orchestrator and shepherd for candidates, hiring teams, and leaders
• Lead the end-to-end recruiting process for our growing business, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and an exceptional candidate experience
• Screen resumes, source candidates, and evaluate potential fit for Lambda
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters and hiring managers to continuously drive effective sourcing strategies; group sourcing meetings, referral programs, sourcing research, market mapping, etc
• Facilitate interviews and guide the hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency
• Maintain key recruiting performance metrics for the organizations that you support
• Continuously explore new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process
