Who you are
- Solid marketing experience in a B2B business, preferably SaaS
- Experience in managing multiple marketing campaigns at once with proven results
- Excellent copywriting skills, able to craft engaging messaging from technical information
- A data-driven approach to decision making
- Good at problem-solving and critical thinking
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to communicate clearly with customers and company stakeholders
Desirable
- Comfortable with marketing systems, such as AppCues and Customer.io, to run product marketing tests and use data
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce as well as in the review apps space
- Familiarity with our toolsets: Asana, Figma, Google Analytics + Tag Manager + Data Studio, Metabase, Google suite, Hotjar
- Passion for the customer and enthusiasm for customer-led product development
What the job involves
- As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and running marketing campaigns
- You will align and showcase the value proposition of Judge.me to new and existing B2B and B2C customers
- You should also be analytical and be able to plan, devise and validate strategies to implement
- You will take ownership of the marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, user engagement, as well as to boost upgrades and cross-sells to drive revenue growth
- Develop and run end-to-end marketing campaigns and growth initiatives to generate leads and acquire customers
- Analyze data and existing user feedback to develop strategies, drive campaigns, as well as track and monitor the success of the campaigns (ROIs)
- Analyze, report, and optimize campaigns and demand generation initiatives
- Educate customers and prospects on new products and features, and how it relates to them
- Craft marketing content such as use cases and product demonstrations to showcase our unique value to customers
- You will also influence our product roadmap, distilling key insights from the market and our customers into actionable feedback
- Establish, prioritize and manage project deliverables and timelines
