What the job involves

  • As a UX Research Lead, you will be foundational to our new Digital team, ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do
  • You will lead the development of robust product discovery practices across all our Digital Product Teams
  • Collaborating closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and Customer team
  • You will uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors
  • Your insights will drive design decisions, ensuring our products are not only functional but also exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Additionally, you will be instrumental in establishing and developing our user research capabilities, setting up the necessary tools and processes to effectively gather and analyze user insights
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive UX research and product discovery strategy across all our Digital Products
  • Conduct user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Customer team, and Engineers to integrate feedback into the design and development process
  • Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
  • Mentor and guide colleagues in product & design, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
