Role
Who you are
- We value innovation, collaboration, and a passion for excellence, making it essential for you to be a self-starter and an effective communicator
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related field
- Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in financial services or data-driven environments would be highly beneficial

- As a Business Analyst at With Intelligence, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between the business needs and technology solutions
- You will work with various teams to collect and analyze data, document processes, and help shape the requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing ones
- You will play a crucial role in driving improvements to our services by providing analytical support and delivering recommendations that will enhance efficiency and performance
